Dermal Filler

When administered correctly, dermal fillers can deliver both effective and subtle results. By adding volume to areas that naturally lose volume with age, fillers can have a remarkable impact, enhancing one's appearance with natural-looking results. Dermal fillers can semi-permanently add volume and plumpness to the face by injecting small quantities of a substance your body naturally produces called hyaluronic acid. This is frequently done as a treatment for marionette and naso-labial lines as well as to add volume to the cheeks.  Other treatment areas include the lips, chin, jawline, temples, smile lines, downturned mouth corners, upper lip lines, under eye hollowing and skin hydration.

Jaw Line

Derma Filler in the jaw line is one of our most popular treatments. It is a highly effective aesthetic treatment that creates a perfectly photogenic side profile. There are 2 main categories for jaw filler:

  1. Contouring properties - most commonly requested by clients in their 20s-30s seeking a more defined and structured jawline.
  1. Structural rejuvenation: perfect for clients in their 40s-50s+ who wish to restore volume loss in the jawline area, this adds back a full-defined appearance while remaining natural and in line with your facial shape and features.

How Long Does It Last?

You will start to see results immediately, although the full effect can take a few weeks. The length of time the treatments last vary from person to person. Most people can expect their treatment to last between 6-12 months.

Is It Sore?

The injections contain a small amount of local anaesthetic which helps block pain signals. During the procedure, most people feel a small degree of stinging or scratching sensation. Afterwards, you can expect some redness, tenderness and a bit of swelling which may last a few hours and up to a day or two. Some bruising is also possible.
